I honestly don't know what this guy is talking about. Sometimes I think he is a socialist. I have worked in small business my whole life. I have never worked for a corporation. I don't know anyone who has been involved in a lawsuit, frivolous or not due to working in a small business.

I did like the tax simplification idea. Long overdue but I bet it won't happen.
