Uh...no. The new shares aren't issued (just like GM) until the company emerges from BK.

I might be mistaken, but I believe that this is still the old company, hence the symbol of frntq. Once the entire bankruptcy process is finalized, then when the new shares are issued (with a new ticker symbol), THEY will be priced accordingly. I can only assume that the same number of OS shares will be available.

GM went bankrupt, thus changed it's symbol. GMGMQ is the symbol for the old shares, the new shares, and thus the new GM, will have a different symbol.
