I'm willing to investigate the allegations and provide an unbiased response to it, track down management, etc. It's an interesting shell. If it's just in limbo, then we verify that. If it's been abandoned, then we take the appropriate action to get in unabandoned.
I see dirty Corey Ribotsky's involved with the cog. notes he issued. If he wasn't getting legit shares from the t/a to satisfy those payments, he'd probably have sued. I conducted a PACER search and see lawsuits being settled in September 2008.
