Iraq was not an intelligence failure. Bush would like people to believe that. But they had no evidence of weapons of mass destruction or imminent threat.
9/11 was a failure of intelligence on the part of the Bush administration. He was at his ranch in Crawford for a month after being warned about imminent signs of terrorists attacks on this soil.

There were terrorist plans during the Clinton administration to hijack jets and crash them into buildings. The Bush adminstration wants you to believe there was no warning and no way to know where or how they would strike. Yet, the information was there. It was not an inttelligence failure. It was a failure to use intelligence.
Rove is a master of the "Big Lie" and people believe it. God help us all if these greedy liars are there for another 4 years.
