Did the Russians lie as well? What about the UN? All of these organizations believed Saddam had WMD's. They went with limited intelligence that they thought was sufficient, and it ends up they were wrong.

Sloppy? yes. Concerned about our intelligence? yes. Did they lie? No.

And we can thank guys like John Kerry who have voted repeatedly to decrease intelligence funding. Perhaps with appropriate funding we would've known the truth. But as Kerry says, we still should have gone to war (or at least we should've authorized war, but I guess that's different than going to war or something, I can't quite figure it out).
