You may be right in a limited sense. I think the attack on Iraq was conceved by the "Vulcans" before they actually got the White House.

The problem with all this is that this administration lied to us. They did not come and present their real reasons for the war.They have yet to do that. Instead, they made up WMD's and "imminent threat" to justify the invasion.

I do not like to be lied to by any administration. How about you?

First it was war as a last resort in self defense, then to preempt a future terror attack by a country possessing WMD and now we should destroy any nation that might create instability in their neighborhood 10,000 miles from our shores. Great way to spread freedom and democracy.
