I don't know exactly what happened because I have to rely on what you choose to tell us.
You got very reactionary when the subject of "..being hacked.." came up, which could be seen as:
1) bluster over the indignant "..impossibility of such a thing.."
2) the desire to cover it up due to embarrassment
or
3) the absolute truth.
You chose to lambast me when I wondered why my "...definitely intended PM post..." ended up in public, my account got knee-jerked in nothing flat so I couldn't correct the problem, and then the whole damn site flaked out - in the middle of a major banana peel convention.
As an outsider, 3 such contiguous events in immediate succession certainly would tend to raise one's suspicions. I told you what I thought, and you chose to belittle me about it. Concurrently, based perhaps on hokey data from your ISP people, you tried to smokescreen me with router BS.
Hey, Mang............. I may not be a webhead 1st class - but I've been around the systems long enough to know that routers that are "operationaly dependable" can be reached and fiddled with - no matter where they are - by hacker-GEEKS who know what they are doing. My son gave me the inside, low-down refresher course on it at dinner today. If that weren't the case, you guys wouldn't be so ape-poop over security issues.
No beef really. But, I don't feel like taking any superfluous schmidt from anybody, anymore than you do.
John :-)
