JMO but I wouldn't suggest holding your breath for a RS heard about in a MN bar!! No RS planned, least likely in MN. Maybe a RM eventually to uplist to Nasdaq, but in MN??!!
Think SPNG probably wants their pps a bit higher before entering into negotiations for a RM.

No employee of SPNG is going to give you inside info on anything, much less an R/S. Just give up this ridiculous scare tactic. I'm sure you can do better than that. JMO, but if SPNG ever did a R/S, it would be in conjunction with some kind of bock buster P/R. Something that would drive the stock up to ludacris levels. uh yeah, i actually just got a call from a friend who lives with an employee of SPNG's and they said they have been buying a lot of expensive stuff and talkin' about how rich everyone is gonna be really soon.
