Can anyone confirm this for me? An employee of spongetech is coming into town (MN) on Wednesday and is going to discuss the r/s scheduled to take place on the 15th of July. The intentions of this move is to elevate the stock to the Nasdaq. I will find out more this Wednesday, but was wondering if anyone else knew about this info.
