That is probably the most out of whack thing you have every said on these boards. SEO controls Chrome, Chrome is the largest shareholder of ERHC. He hired and installed the current management and BOD. Enough said.

Nothing gets done without SEO!!! We all know that and accept it, to post anything suggesting he is powerless is not acknowledging the truth of our situation. I hope you were simply posting in jest, but it did sound as if you were serious.

All SEO would have to do is call for a vote for a new board and then vote them all out..But we know they won't do that because he can do this..lol

Uh not exactly. SEO could chose to sell his shares to anyone he choses at any price they are willing to pay and he does not need to get anyone's approval to do so, not even the US government.

This would basically put the new owner in charge of the company much as SEO is now. I guess we "little" shareholders could do the same thing, but I don't think anyone is going to be knocking on our door to do so.
