Wow, I just read the 8-K filing by the Liquor Group, claiming over a million dollars in damages and breach of contract violations by DKAM. What a bummer! And just when there is a whiff of good news. I don't know for sure, but it would seem that the Liquor Group is not going to continue to do business with DKAM--I would sure love for Patrick Kenny to address this situation immediately. Hold a Conference Call or send out a letter that let's us know what's going on. I wonder if the Liquor Group is going to file some kind of legal injunction to keep DKAM from even selling their product(s) in Michigan until this situation gets resolved. Why does it seem that DKAM management keeps burning bridges? They are starting to leave a string of unresolved legal issues behind them on many of their products. I don't get it. Is it arrogance on the part of DKAM management or ignorance or incompetence? Man, I want to be supportive of this company but this kind of stuff just makes me sick. And, if they are and have not been getting any monies in from the Liquor Group distribution then where are they getting any cash flow from? Just crazy!!
