The Liquor Group's quarterly reports indicated this a few months ago. They also stated that most of there distributors were late on filling orders. Would be good to get it addressed by Kenny at the next CC.

One of our largest and most geographically-diversified
unaffiliated suppliers, Drinks Americas, was unable to fulfill all
of the confirmed sales orders that we generated during the last
quarter, as did many other suppliers leaving more than $250,000
of orders unfilled as of the close of the fiscal quarter ended
November 30, 2008.

I read the LIQR filing as stating they had not only ceased doing any business with DA, but were liquidating all their existing inventory and keeping all the revenues generated in partial payment of marketing expenses due them.
