I'm on meds after mine continued to be 160ish over 100ish. Colesterol was over 300, so I'm on meds for that also. Some parts of getting old is no fun, lol.

Wow..did treadmill tonight, took shower, waited 20~ minutes, and then re-took BP readings sitting at kitchen table..
went from 132/82@57pulse last nite (standing), to:
took 3 tests back-to-back..

126/61@67
115/67@@63
120/67@62

hmm..treadmill session blew cob-webs out?..

or maybe it was the sitting down that made difference..hmm..interesting..
