Wow..did treadmill tonight, took shower, waited 20~ minutes, and then re-took BP readings sitting at kitchen table..
went from 132/82@57pulse last nite (standing), to:
took 3 tests back-to-back..

hmm..treadmill session blew cob-webs out?..
or maybe it was the sitting down that made difference..hmm..interesting..
