The company responded to your email so unless you can find something as proof then it's all speculation. Isnt that what drives these penny stocks whether it be good or bad speculation?

I thought this Maydak guy *sued* stock scams, has he ever committed fraud on shareholders? I have seen nothing to that effect. I know in 1993 he was charged with some phone fraud that was listed, but I fail to see how it's relevant to the stock.

Why don't you go his board and just ask him? As he's a user here, future conversations about him are off topic unless there's some link other than speculation.
