I support Monty, Dr. Pandey and all the rest of the people involved in trying to return this Company to where it was before Mr. Burg betrayed Dr. Pandey and his life work, to aloud Swift to take it over and destroy it. I have faith that we will restore this Company and I will do as much as I can to help pay for the Lawyers, Trips, and other expences associated with this endeavor.

I am at work, but check in when I can.
It drives me crazy too, Monty, that these theives are still draining our company of $25,000/month without any legal contract to be doing so that I know of.

We need proof so we can get a class action suit against the two men that have tried to destroyed us. They need to loose their homes and go back to work at a real job, like busting up rock on a chain gang in the prison system.

Justice will prevail!

Not forgetting that the swines let the license fee lapse and lost it so they could pay themselves consultant fees. For argument sake let's say Dr Pandey was expanding the business to India, he also went without a salary for some time and put up his own money and real property to support the company. Swift and Burg didn't miss any opportunities to pay themselves as well as Swift's own actions causing the PIPE strike to be lowered which coincidentally also benefited himself at the time. I can remember asking him on that BS conference call he did about his direct conflict of interest and he didn't see it as a big deal. Not to mention the whole 5-hmf situation. As for Burg I can't come up with anything he did other than lie to shareholders on a regular basis. I hope you read this Steve and know that you will be held accountable one way or another. I hope your mind is tormented on a daily basis wondering when and how.
