To compare things one must not look at apples and oranges...you must do an apple to apple comparison...

Now SPNG is a legit company with a real product and real sales and real growth... I highly doubt that this IR person you knew was involved with a legit company...

Now please find me a legit company's who were focused on growing their company not their pockets by selling shares that is the same way... I think you will be hard pressed..

Now as for your example of bill young vs susan at IR... I agree that the company does not always update their IR as quickly as possible however your compairision of AS to OS is not apples to apples, and in fact insinuates that the OS went up...

Let me make something clear... the company had 1.278 billion shares they could sell which they hadn't... Now to raise it to 1.778 billion does not change a thing... however to then go and say Well because Susan didn't know the AS went up is a testament to the fact that she or bill young also doesn't know if the OS didn't go up doesn't hold any grounds... The over all picture of the company has not changed... Just a number

Many can't get this through their heads that AS is a number... nothing more does not change a thing... They make the same mistake that you have OT and assume... My mother always told me when you assume you make an ass out of you and me...
