Z4, I think it's safe to say that the guy I knew was not involved in up and up companies. lol. And no, I was not saying Young was trying to hide the fact that the O/S may have been increased. I was just pointing out that IR, as you stated, is not always kept up to speed on things. I would love, and am hoping the O/S is at least 133M shares less on the 10K. At least we would all know they are going in the right direction.

I should have some news regarding NASDAQ listing on Monday. Soapy made a post a few days ago that someone needs to call and clarify this whole situation regarding NASDAQ as far as maybe doing an uplisting, or going it on your own. I'd like some clarity on that too. I'll post my conversation on Monday.

z4, why do you bother, lol. I want everyone to panic and sell. I hope to buy a lot more and would love a bargain.

This stock is a scam by scammers. OS will probably triple. Get out while you can.

(I'm now investing in the company. I plan on holding most shares for a year or so. I strongly suspect the share price will be well north of a dollar. Please keep this to yourself.)
