Proof is now available confirming the fact that the CCRA and Justice Canada are "targeting" individuals who have involvement as, or in "Tax Protestors and similar difficult situations", such actions are outside of the authority of the Minister of National Revenue as it cannot be demonstrated to be a "genuine and sincere concern over the tax liability of the accused" and therefore becomes a form of "Malicious Prosecution". Any prosecution initiated for these purposes are related to "collateral issues" and are NOT for the "purpose of the administration and enforcement of the Income Tax Act". Better yet, not a single federal "Crown" prosecutor has been able to provide the "authentic Statute at Large" that is referred to as the "Income Tax Act". The "Publication of Statutes Act", requires the Feds to publish every Act of Parliament through the "Queen's Printer" (now privatized as Canadian Government Publishers). By not doing so it denies the individual the Right to see the Law. Also, people need to look at section 19 of the Canada Evidence Act which states that only copies from the "Queen's Printer" are "evidence of the Act and of it's content". What they have been relying upon is a copyright protected product of commercial gain that consists of a compilation of private opinion/ideas comprised of clearly ambiguous language and containing an "Important Disclaimer" that it may contain errors and omissions, it is then SOLD as the "Income Tax Act" but this is NOT the Law!!!!!!!!!!! At the present time, the "Income Tax Act" has little more than "mythical" force and/or effect. For the Justice is in the honest expression of the Truth. :David-Edward: Butterfield http://www.cyberclass.net/whoswho.htm

CRA De-Tax Myths 'MISSING MYTHS' by "Vicegerent" <gerry@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 29, 2006 at 07:45 AM
This just in from: >From : David Butterfield <humanrights2006@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent : April 28, 2006 To : comments@[EMAIL PROTECTED] : Tax Myths To the Canada Revenue Agency - website comments I notice that on your "Tax Myths" site, you do not list as a "myth", any claims that the "Income Tax Act" does not exist. This belief, rising from the fact that all "Income Tax Acts" are amendments of amendments, going back to the alleged 1948 Act, which cannot be shown to have passed Parliament, did not pass the Senate, did not receive Royal Assent and was never published in the Canada Gazette. As further evidence of this fact, in spite of Court's ordering the Crown to produce the "statute at large" referred to as the "Income Tax Act", not one has been able to come up with anything but a copyright protected (private) publication, which contains disclaimers, and cannot be used as evidence in a court because it does not comply with section 19 of the Canada Evidence Act. I find it very curious that you have failed to address this issue by making statements to refute these claims on your "Tax Myths" site. Thank you David Butterfield Posted by: Vicegerent
