look at section 15 of the criminal code and you realize that the 'legal system' is just a corporation looking to contract with you

the constitution and all laws under its umbrella (which is all 'laws' consistent with it.. sec. 50) are only the corporate rules and regulations of the corporations employees.. section 32 of schedule B 'charter rights'
this legal clap trap shit does apply to the 'public' as part of their employment agreement
the BNA constitution is not the constitution of our country, it is the constitution of a private british corporation and it is only the public employees that are signatory to it and so it forms a part of their employment contract
the fraud comes in when they try to push public laws on to private citizens who have been misled to believe they are members of the public when in fact they are not
the people that own the corporation and commit the fraud are not even in our country and can not be harmed

these legal system lawyers are criminal pretenders, con men
they will make up a myriad of legal constraints, each one of them a cash cow
the legal system wants to do business, more rules, more 'crime' (disobedient slaves), more business
lawfully; a signature only has 'lawful' meaning when you enter into a lawful contract
i used to sign legal assumpsits (tickets) with my name in brackets since anything in brackets is not part of a contract
an assumpsit however is not a contract
what the legal system calls an 'assumpsit contract' is a contradiction of terms
i found that it didnt matter how i signed the ticket; brackets, signed under duress, without prejudice, all rights reserved, etc
i would still get the fines in the mail from icbc
then i tried the verbal response of 'fuck you, stick your ticket up your ass'
didnt matter; fines in the mail from icbc
until i started signing them 'not accepted'
when they pulled me over and seized my truck, i signed the tickets 'not accepted'
it seems to have negated the neccessity to go to court if i wished to dispute it since it is clearly marked that the 'assumpsit' offer to contract was never accepted in the first place
contracts are governed by offer and acceptance
when you accept the assumpsit (pretend contract) and then go to court, you are only there to argue the details, not whether you have a legal contract...
because this legal scam system 'assumes' the legality of the issue unless specifically negatively averred
signing 'not accepted' is a specific negative averall that lets the officer committing champerty off the hook for the performance of his duty... in other words, he just did what he was paid to do, but there is no opportunity for the lawyers to commit barratry
i still dont have my truck back, but here is where i am
i told the rcmp, mvb and tow truck driver in writing that they did not have the right to take my truck as i had bcaa and could tow it myself
they wanted to railroad me
when the tow truck driver sent me a bill for $1500. for towing and storing my truck, i pointed out to him that i had already informed him in writing that i did not wish to contract with him
i informed him, and all parties concerned that they did not own me or my truck and since it was my truck, i had the only claim of right and cc'd all the parties involved
i told them i would acquiesce with their commands if they put it in writing that they owned both me and my property and i was therefor subject to their commands
they did not respond back with a written admission of slavery; a crime against humanity
i told the tow truck driver in writing that it was my truck and i was the only one possessing the lawful right to use my own property as i wished
i told him that if he wished to rent my truck for $1000. a day that this was fine by me and he could accept my terms by keeping my truck and if he did not wish to accept them then he was to return my truck to me by the next day
i included a bill for $54,000. for the rental of my truck to that date and sent it to all parties registered mail
the tow truck owner called me back and made threatening noises about lawyers and i told him to bring it on
i told him i had no money and nothing to lose so if he wanted to throw away money on lawyers that i was game to drag it out for as long as he could possibly afford it
then i got a letter from the rcmp asking me not to contact the tow truck driver again and that i should just deal with them instead
they told me that the tow truck driver had agreed not to charge me storage and i could now have my truck back for $160 for the tow bill, a reduction of about $1300.
i wrote back all parties concerned and told them that i had made my offer and if the tow truck driver wanted to make a counter offer that he should have returned my property prior to doing so
however, since he had accepted my offer by not returning my truck, i would just as soon have my rental money
i then sent another bill for $130,000. in a registered letter.
i have not heard back from any of them
i have my paperwork and i am going to keep sending my bills registered mail
and once it grows large enough, send the whole thing out for collection
it will be interesting to see how it all plays out....
before i was disabled, i eventually got in the habit of answering all government offers to contract with a line drawn though it and 'fuck off' written through the middle of it
never made life any easier, but it never made it any harder either and i found it much more satisfactory than cowering
wouldn't it be lovely if everyone in this freedom movement all just started acting like free men and stood up together and all did the same thing?
just put it in writing that we dont want to deal with you, fuck off and get a job and try working for a living like the rest of us

what would happen if all the free private citizens of this country involved in the 'freedom movement' all developed this strategy?

here's a clue..... the public are tax receivers since they are paid out of the tax kitty and then are required to put a little back in so they believe they are also tax payers just like you and have no angst in demanding you pay your fair share... the difference being that they are a liability, not an asset and in fact pay no taxes at all.
private citizens are tax payers and make a positive contribution to the tax kitty and are in fact nothing more than human resource assets
but they are also the source of all income tax revenue.
