He could start with a summary PR and include what he plans to do to keep BCIT from being delisted.
Then file a join civil suit with shareholders against the brokers/DTCC/ MM for over selling the stock not only before he contacted the DTCC, but after.
Then and only then will we have a public official statement on which to act, instead of initiating some kind of SH formation without the CEO joining in the action.
Now maybe those things are in fact starting to taking place, but everything has been so behind the curtain, that many shareholders are dubious as to TM intentions.
