C, Check the iBOX -- there's a SEC filing w/ the 722M OS (and link). Also, if you read the filings, you'd know 3B is impossible since the AS is less than 3B.

You do realize that SPNG's authorized shares are only 2B?

How would you suppose they managed to sell more than that?

If you are going to bash a stock the least you could do is figure out the basic information about a company first, don't you think?

The recent 8k discussed the additional shares. Total a/s is around 2B200M.
This information is not hard to find if you even bother to look. I've never heard so much speculation over what has already been published.
