Last I heard they had 3 billion shares out there and rising.

Product and revenue is Great, but with that many shares, the dilution is horrendous.

To be a true stock trading on value this one should have no more than 2 or three MILLION shares authorized.

It can and will probably spike again, eventually, but on a Pump, or TOUT, not on value.
