So now that you have your O/S update & have confirmed that contrary to some of the stuff that got posted here there's been no rise in the O/S since my last report...did you also do any due on Sundar's bit of selling this month to discover that as long as he can provide proof that he's putting the profits raised back into the company that he hasn't breached any fudiciary duties as bound by the 144 SEC rules?

Now if Sundar was lining his pockets with the profits raised from those few sells this month then of course he'd fall under the 1% of the O/S threshold rule...but in this case as long as Sundar is putting the profits raised back into the company...I'm pretty sure you'll find with a bit more due on the subject that he's following the rules...hence the reason there's been no whopping increase in the O/S as you suggested the other day when you said the O/S may be as high as 89.5M now instead of unchanged as you've just confirmed.
