Not saying the agreement isn't in place. I am saying that the assets are legally owned by the Palmer family and currently should not be listed as corporate assets. If the bank comes calling they are going to go after Kali Palmer as the deed on the properties is between Palmer and the bank.
The agreement between Palmer and CDIV is an arms length agreement between them.
