Exactly! If anyone has ever bought or sold on contract for deed, they KNOW that the deed in not transferred until the property is paid off. That does NOT mean that they are not able to say they own it, the deed just has not been transferred yet. Obviously, we have someone who likes to distort truth for their own purposes.
