Maybe you should take some courses in real estate. The method that CDIV used to aquire properties is common. It is called shared tennancy or co-tennancy. I've done it myself. There is an agreement drawn up that allows the buyer to collect rent until the closing. Ever bother finding out when the closing dates are scheduled? Didn't think so. Perhaps they purchased them on contract, which backs up my previous point. Very common. And no I won't argue with you because I know I am right.
