As I said way back when...early March...the shares that came to the float were NOT from Cal Bay or Entech..but they came from the previous management of iN Control...you want simple that it...its not dilution from Entech its from the 5 management personell that iN Control added to the books...go back and DD the PR's that were put out by iN Control in Sep, Oct and Nov...that will inform you as to where the shares came from....Entech (Cal Bay) had no control over those shares and them hitting the market...but I can tell you that Entech did not get any of the money from them being sold...and you can dispute it...which I am sure you will...
When a person does DD they have to go all the way back to where the symbol INCL came from and what happened to it before Cal Bay took it...most here have done that...but some of the loudest WOLF crying people have not...yes it is simple...but you have to have a clue on how to do the necessary DD to make it that way...
