The shares I refer to were not part of the outstanding share count as of Jan. 2009...so they had to come from the approved share count, which the company dumped as this was being spoken of for the first time based on rumors or "dot connecting". THAT speaks to the integrity of the company and the awareness brought to the stock as the volume increased and the shares were added to the float.
so, so simple.
