Ed/UCAD hired RG not UC, and UC paid CMKX shares for the fee.
That seems possible; Dhonau is one of the most important players here, obviously. But I'm sure Urbie isn't paying Glenn with stock; Edwards & Angell wouldn't accept that. So probably Urbie's selling stock to keep his payments current.
I guess UC didn't tell RG all about A/S and O/S.
Events of the last few months suggest that Urbie's been telling Glenn things a little at a time, though I believe Urbie would tell Glenn whatever he want's to know. If he asks.
The amount of the a/s can be learned by anyone. You need only call the office of the Nevada Secretary of State.
