UCAD is an octbb stock. The MMs cannot legally naked short UCAD to cover the dividend for CMKX shareholders' accounts.

UCAD share tarding float consists of around five hundred thousand shares (500,000).

UCAD has more control on watching shares being traded.
Having low volume = more contraol
Should MM try to short, UCAD attorneys will ponce immediately.




Rumor has it that the MM's have already attempted to short UCAD.

PPS went from $7.00 to $5.00

UCAD attorneys jumped on MM's.
PPS stabalized at $5.00
