please put my name in the letter. I am very disappointed in paul's lack of communication.

He should at least inform us of his intentions with spooztoolz or for the share holders.

I still don't see why he wouldn't just fold the company entirely if he didn't care at all...so there is always that little bit of hope.

Some things to know:

what is our business plan?

do we still have any outstnding debt?

does kaitrade's software compete with ours and do we have any right to their software?
