Well peeved, to start, we could put together a shareholder demand letter requesting information?

Demand letters can be done without a lawyer http://www.ehow.com/video_4984592_write-demand-letter-instead-hiring.html but we'd all have to coordinate and pull this together in oder to get a reasonable response.

We need to know exactly what type of information we want from Spooz, for example.

Anyone have experience with this or any suggestions on how to proceed?

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
