I don't understand why this is the biggest issue or concern around Bad Ass beer, let alone the company. I don't think there has been any substantive update on BA beer since the selection of MBC. In fact, despite a bunch of information available at the MBC website on their brands, the only info on BA beer that I can find is the original DA PR.
With respect to BA beer, we don't know when the beer will be available at all, let alone regionally or nationally. We don't know how much MBC can produce, who is paying for the manufacture, what marketing will be done and who will pay for that, etc.
We don't know how much money DA gets for its role, how Kid Rock is compensated, who owns what, who is licensed what, how long any deals last or in fact, what deals (contracts) have actually been signed.
It seems to me the specifics of trademark ownership is a small patch on the tail on a large dog.
Rescheduling the postponed conference call and updating everyone on the status of all the new initiatives, would be a great start, IMHO.
I also have not seen anyone (save for you dispelling the notion) suggest that DA is going out of business.
