Skill, it is not a concern. DK signs agreements for 25 to 75 years....thats the only way they do business now. He cannot "ditch" DK cause they are contracted on Bad Ass for 25 plus years. As for future beverages with Kid, I have no idea.
Drinks in all their deals will file the trademark and trademark protection, will then transfer the trademark to the icon who then licenses it to the LLC defined in the operating agreement which DKAM then owns in the defined percentage depending on the deal. Hope this helps all on the board to calm down and understand a tiny bit more about their investment.
