interesting, re: July 7th. sounds like EESO is intent on reversing the damaged confidence of recent weeks. my sense is that a fancy dog-and-pony show won't help at this point. people need tangible evidence of revenue now, not just production.

oh, well, more time to accum cheap shares. being well-loaded cheaply already, i hadn't planned to add any more, but at current prices, it's very tempting.

Ok Jared, lets start with the folowing:

1) Who was the buyer.

2) How much was the second offer?

3) Why didn't the SH's have a say in the second offer?

4) What was the basis for rejecting the second offer (in detail)?

5) Why did you increase the A/S without consultation of the SH's? (after telling us you wouldn't do this)

6) When will these shares tranisition into O/S? Will you consult with the SH's before doing so?

7) Why is the TA gagged?

I'm keeping mine focused, so that we have an understanding. We invested on your word this would be done by the eom July.

A lot of people have a lot of money tied up in this company and we expect solid performance.

For the SH's. As discussed this and last week, if anyone wants to take the lead for the SH's meeting with Jared, these are my questions.

EESO update: Jared responds sets up video open house. Will pursue Ex-employees opening up shop. His death bed calls are premature-thankfully,lol. Using shares for business expansion-not selling them.

Rumors - I appreciate every ones concerns but the rumors going
around about EESO are false. The company is strong financially
and EESO employees are working hard and high in morale.


Bill white - It is my understanding that bill white is using information that he has obtained from EESO and we are looking into it. This is in violation of several documents that he has signed. We will pursue every means possible to protect our property.

Dilution - We are not DILUTING. The company is not selling shares at this time. Issued shares as a means of taking advantage of certain situations upcoming.

Rumors are just that Rumors.

Anyways,

Investment Nation will be doing a live 1 1/2 + Hour interview with Jared Via Camera Crew on or about the 7th of July. This interview will be
"On Location" and will cover all Investor questions presented. Investment Nation will open the board for questions tomorrow night.

The interview is going to be with Jared and also every single one of his Employees. There will be a full walk through of his company location, (farm?? possibly), Products, Etc etc etc.....

This Interview will be posted upon the return of Jeff on or about the 15th of July. We wish you all well.
