Pro and con discussions between LONGS or SHORTS (..who actually have money at risk..) and polite third parties should be weighted somewhat more heavily than P-&-C between LONGS/SHORTS and "..uninvolved twiddlers..". It does make a difference.
Just curious. Are you claiming that people who hold no position in a stock should be held to a different standard of conduct than those who do have a position?
