...and you don't think the SEC didn't plan to discredit the website just via their guilt by association tactics? Instead of saying that the defendant was Matt Brown, some dood from California, they stuck it right in there that he's some guy who operates a website known as investorshub.com. If they played fair, they'd have said, "Matt Brown, some guy who is employed by ADVFN's subsidiary Investorshub.com Inc." But no, he operates it according to them.
Kinda amazed they didn't name the site as a defendant just to make things sound worse than they are.
