ican, Ronnie McGlothlin is or was a member of the Wiegand Group. He is not the plainitff but he may have an agreement with them. Although he is or was a member of the Wiegand Group, its my understanding that the Wiegand as a whole and Mr. Wiegand himself vehemently oppose this current settlement proposal. There may be a few renegade Wiegand members trying to buy the assets. I am not a member of the Wiegand Group and never have been but Im certain they oppose this deal McGlothlin was a unitholder of Mosh. He and anyone associated with Mosh LLC had better still have exactly the same number of units right now that they had prior to this 8-k settlement deal coming out.
Furthermore they should not be given preferred status and i would like to know how our trustee qualified they to have this status. Why are they getting special treatment over other unitholders? Why does MOSH LLC get this preferred status that can potentially suppress the bidding of the trust assets and could discourage some from bidding altogether.
