The US media and government doesn't talk about that, but maybe it has something to do with their anti-westernism? And all for oil resources. If we had 93 years of 911's how would we feel about Arabs? Look at our anti-Arab sentiment after only one 911. We don't teach this history in schools either so no one learns the lessons of history.

I don't recall anytime in the past 93 years when the U.S. has hijacked several commercial airliners and flew them into Iraqi buildings, but perhaps you could refer me to information on where I can read about these events. I don't think it's fair to try and lump the military action of a sovereign country trying to defend its national interests into the same category as religious zealots who purposefully kill innocent people to try and further their cause.

If anyone in Washington had been serious about doing something good for Iraq, the first thing we would have done is hire Iraqis to do as much of the work as possible. We would have hired Iraqi firms to contract construction projects and they would have done them for a fraction of what we have paid to the likes of Halliburton and Bechtel, who have absconded with the money and done no work at all.

The Iraq invasion has been nothing but a giant pork barrel for the Busheviks' cronies.

We could have built good will for the US and everyone would have applauded. Instead we have looted, murdered and destroyed everything and everyone who was in our line of fire. Very very stupid and it is going to cost us.

I did see the piece about 93 years of bombing. Is it in our vital national interest to act like flaming idiots on the world stage?
