lois: Allergan has been out of serious contention for quite a while (#msg-2276173).

The lawsuit described in the LA Times sounds like BS (although a jury might find the case convincing). When used for cosmetic applications, Botox does not have systemic side effects that could make someone ill for months, as the lawsuit claimed. Regards, Dew

The doctor might settle (for an amount within his malpractice coverage), but I’m almost certain that Allergan won’t.

The jury trial, which concluded today, was tried in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Central District.
