Could be they invited him up as a reward for the strong support given in the forums and chat. Wouldn't be the first time a smallcap did this.


well someplace they discussed this *needy* situation...so since it originated to the public at the Denver race and was announced on Wednesday night it could also be that he was invited to discuss and/or finalize how the shares would be distributed. Did I read somewhere Sterling was given the control over distributing these?

A CEO is just an employee and is not supposed to issue himself shares at will because he wants to maintain personal control

any chance he could have bought these from the daily flood of shares?
