An equally interesting question: has Urbie made any "gifts"--ones that have actually been issued--that we don't know about?
I'm not so sure this was as much the problem as the Sterling surprises....a) the disclosure of his trip to Canada b) the disclosure of the share activity...and do we know that all these shares are for *gifts*?
