To be fair, it seems now he needed to go against his word. He seems to have some big legal fights that have hit him all at once. I think the 3 billion will be issued pretty quick unless they can get the price up. 3 billion at .001 is 3 million. 3 billion at .005 is 15 million. 3 billion at .01 is 30 million. The question is how much will shareholders give him to fight and pay bills. After that, the question is if he wins what does he do with the winnings. Does, he pay the shareholders back by buying back shares or spends the funds to expand the business? Going to play the stock for court pr's now,lol. If he wins the first one, could get this moving again.

Actually, he said he would not raise the OS on that CC. If he starts dumping them to the market, he has mislead investors.
