Actually it seems he doesn't have any legal fights at the moment, the drama over a ex-emploee(s) he refered to in the CC that was misleading others and telling half-truths would be handled leagally if necessary if he/they were not to cease and the case with shell for shares, that i assume is basicly a issue that will go away shortly.

That is a very good point. The A/S increase, at .001, only gives them 3 million. They have contracts, constant revenue from WG, no debt, I highly doubt they really need 3 million. They probably foresee the share price going up in the future, and will want to raise some capital for increased company growth. When you look at it this way, it actually seems the increase in A/S is a good thing, with Jared predicting a climbing PPS in the future.
