What now worries me is if he has blown the relationship with Allie and the buyout is a scam we could be in some real trouble here. If the buyout is real than he better take it if the Wow Green revenue is going away. Maybe this why he wants to explore new customers? Allie is going bye bye. Yikes.
I just don't see how Wow Green could possibly walk off and manufacture the products on their own without EESO having legal control of the formulas and the option to pull the rug out from under them at anytime. But then again pulling the rug out would result in a major lawsuit. Unfortunately, Allie and his team are much more experienced than Jared and his. I am afraid Allie could win in the end. But if Jared needed to increase the A/S to fight off Allie, then all the power to him. I would support him for that, but he better get some good lawyers since the ones he used to structure the Wow Green deal may have dropped the ball. Of course all of this is speculation.
