He'll issue more to raise cash or pay for services rendered.

I think people here are putting too much on Jared have these special formulas. This mostly a commodity. An if his were so good then DOW, dUPONT AND THE REST WOULD have bought the company by now. The big guys know ASAP if a small co. really has something they need. Allie will win and MSI and someone else will provide the product too him. Allie cannot have someone around like Jared it is too much a liability for Allie'sfuture. You wait an see he will cut Jared off as soon as possible. Old timers that are successful will tell you one all of the time once some lies too them they cannot do
business with them every again
So I think they will be departing ways soon. IMO
