I keep hearing on the board about the employees lawsuit. Do you happen to have the case #.

It is interesting that we have both claims of a scam and claims of suppliers and employees not getting paid. Scams don't have employees or need many supplies. Yet despite the fact that EFFC by all accounts is proceeding with the manufacturing and delivery of their product, we still have a rather nasty tone to the attacks against the company and Huppe' personally. You have to wonder why.
