Very, very, very old news. Yes, we all know they did and are now waiting, patiently to find out why.

Best guess is they were up against a lot of counterfeit stock and the bill for the dividend had little to do with how many shares of stock they believed should have existed.

In time we will know.

So what does this mean in ANVH's situation?
Is it possible they need to do this to begin the fix?
or is this what fraudulent non-companies do?
