The SEC and DOJ aren't The National Enquirer or some other supermarket tabloid. They're not going to mention ADVFN and/or iHub, or any other bulletin board, or all the banks (onshore, offshore) involved until they can legally do so, either as material witnesses or in new, additional charges filed.
